Proinserga Alimentación, S.L. was born in 2017 with the aim of picking up the baton of the production of quality compound feed for the pig sector and recovering the tradition that the former PROINSERGA had forged since its foundation in 1968.
Thanks to the experience and solvency of the Segovian livestock farmers who make up its capital, it is among the most important in the national production sector and is committed to the manufacture of feed from its two plants in Fuentepelayo (Segovia).
Proinserga is in a continuous process of renovation and modernization of its production facilities thanks to its commitment to R+D+i.

PROINSERGA HAND IN HAND WITH AVIPORC AT ITS FATTENING AND WEANING FARM
On this occasion, Proinserga, together with Aviporc, wants to present its new farm, two sheds – one for weaning and the other for fattening – which have managed to stand out thanks to their revolutionary approach and state-of-the-art equipment.
This farm, with a capacity of 1,000 places for weaning and 2,000 for fattening, stands out for its exceptional performance, redefining the standards of efficiency in pig production.
Unlike conventional farms, devices and technologies have been integrated to optimize the weaning and fattening phase, taking animal care to an unprecedented level.
One of the fundamental pillars of this system is the use of polypropylene in the stables, which provides a comfortable, safe and much more hygienic environment for the animals.
Forced ventilation and real-time environmental control ensure that conditions are optimal at all times, depending on the rearing conditions, thus guaranteeing the welfare of the pigs and improving their overall performance.
This is achieved thanks to the “Titanio PRO” climate controllers with statistics and their remote management through the digital platform accessible from any electronic device.
FATTENING AND WEANING FARMS WITH SPOTMIX FEEDING SYSTEM
The heart of this farm lies in the “Spotmix” multiphase feeding system, a true jewel of swine engineering.
